Whats wrong?!

So, dont get me wrong, I love this game but I spent $5.00 on the full version and it wont let me restore my purchases. Now Im playing the lite version and its no fun. And really? Im not going to buy it a second time. Im not wasting my money for something that I could easily get back. So please tell me whats wrong or if possible can you guys fix it? Im really disappointed because that was the last of my iTunes money.
